It's a very wise idea to invest in toppers that will protect your slide-out and all of its hardware while the slide is extended. A good rule of thumb with every topper is to have a few inches on either side covered as well as the slide-out itself, as long as there isn't some sort of clearance issue with another constructed part of the camper's exterior. From specs available to me online, it appears that your 2016 Coachmen Chaparral Fifth Wheel model 336TSIK is 36 feet in length. I suggest the Adco Olefin HD All-Climate RV Cover for 5th Wheel, # AD69ZR. This works well for long-term storage in all climates and the zippered panels offer easy access to the interior. Use the cinch ropes at front and rear of cover remove slack and reduce billowing.

If you're referring to the shore power cord which is the cable that goes from the trailer to the power pedestal at the park to provide power inside the trailer for using lights and running appliances then you have a few options. I recommend the Mighty Cord RV Power Cord part # A10-3025EDBK for 30 amp or part # A10-5036EDBK for 50 amp services. The best available cushioned equalizers are the MORryde Rubber Equalizers for Tandem Axle Trailers, part # MR87ZR if you have a 33" wheelbase or part # MR27ZR if you have a 35" wheelbase. The reason that these are the best is that they provide the most amount of travel, 3". The travel is basically how much the rubber inside compresses and the more the rubber does compress, the better ride you'll get since the rubber absorbs road shock. While the SM Arnold Waterblade part # 38125-926 can be used to apply a PVC roof membrane it isn't very stiff so this would be best used for small detail areas rather than the entirety of the membrane. I might have a solution for you, however it will not be a exact factory replacement. We have the Stromberg Carlson RV Exterior Ladder # LA-401BA that has an aluminum construction and is black in color. We also have the Surco Universal Exterior RV Ladder # SP502L. It is also an aluminum ladder but it is silver in color. The Stromberg Carlson ladder would be a closer replacement with out having to get a factory ladder.
